1. Eligibility for Returns
• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with Belgian consumer law (right of withdrawal).
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair accessories (e.g., elastic bands, satin bonnets) cannot be returned if they have been worn, opened, or tampered with.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
1. Contact us via email at info@onyxbeautyshop.com within the 14-day return window.
2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the reason for the return.
3. We will provide instructions on how to ship your item back.
3. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for:
• Wigs and accessories that have been used, altered, or damaged.
• Items returned outside the 14-day period.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
